Eel Men (London)
London's EEL MEN return hot on the heels from their debut album with the new ‘Glass Hammers EP.’ Full EP due for release 15th May.
Known for their kinetic live performances, EEL MEN have steadily built a reputation through relentless European touring and raucous homecoming shows. Their 2025 self-released debut ‘Stop It! Do Something.’ captured a band honing tight, angular guitars and restless rhythms against the malaise of the everyday. Drawing on more Eno-esque production sensibilities and a loose, groove-led approach, on this new material the band open up their sound into something more expansive, slinkier, and rhythm-driven.

Aus einer ganz anderen Richtung – nämlich ursprünglich vom Jazz – kommen BELARID und landen doch in einer ähnlichen Ecke. „Melancholisch angehauchter Pop Rock mit sphärischen Klangteppich-Elementen“, so beschreiben die drei selbst ihren Sound, was nach einem perfekten Match klingt.
